| This garden, which is named for the Lion Statue
at the top of the steps, contains a variety of trees and shrubs,
including magnolias, camellias, rhododendrons, pieris, hydrangeas
etc. A multi-stemmed Himalayan Birch, (Betula jacquemontii) displays its beautiful white bark. |
